Brett has over twelve years of experience in the engineering and surveying field. He has managed the surveys on over 150 projects and is known for his responsiveness and quality of work. As EDSI’s Survey Department Manager, Brett manages the day to day operations of the department including, staff scheduling, supervising field personnel, tracking project schedules and budgets, and maintaining open communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with each project.
Brett’s experience includes topographic, boundary, geodetic, hydraulic, staking, and as-built surveys. He is proficient with ArcInfo, Microstation, GEOPAK, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. He and is familiar with the requirements of MoDOT, IDOT, City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, MSD, Lambert International Airport / FAA, and the Army Corp of Engineers. Additionally he has completed the MoDOT LPA Basic Training.
In 2009 and 2011 Brett was able to travel to India and assist with an Engineers Without Borders project. As a result of this project and associated efforts, a rural school with 80 students now has computers, a small library, and a new restroom facility.
