Jeffrey Varughese has 10 years of extensive experience in the design and management of transportation projects for IDOT, Illinois Tollway and MoDOT. He has undertaken a wide variety of assignments in that time and understands the importance of communication and teamwork early and often with clients. His focus will be on client satisfaction, client relations, and EDSI’s growth opportunities in Illinois.

As Principal and Illinois Lead, Jeffrey’s primary responsibility will be to spearhead EDSI’s growth efforts in the Illinois area. He will be responsible for working closely with clients for project success, retaining the industries top talent, and enhancing EDSI’s brand in Illinois.
